Services in holistic wellbeing and spiritual guidance
1. Scope of Services
Salma Zone offers online courses, digital content, coaching sessions, and spiritual guidance designed to support holistic wellbeing, emotional clarity, and personal transformation. These services are provided as coaching, personal development, and spiritual mentoring and do not replace professional medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
Salma Zone does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. Clients with diagnosed or suspected mental health or medical conditions are advised to seek support from licensed healthcare or psychotherapeutic professionals.
No specific outcomes, healing results, or guarantees are promised or implied through the use of these services.
2. Booking & Payment
All services must be booked in advance and paid as indicated. For digital content and online courses, access is granted only after full payment is received. All prices are shown in Euro and include applicable taxes if required.
3. Online Courses & Digital Products
By purchasing an online course or digital product, clients receive a license for personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing course materials without explicit written permission is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with Salma Zone.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not offered once access to courses or products has been granted.
4. Newsletter
By subscribing to the newsletter, clients consent to receive occasional emails related to Salma Zone offerings. Unsubscription is possible at any time. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
5. Cancellation Policy (Live Sessions)
For live coaching or mentoring sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Missed or late cancellations may incur full charges.
6. Client Responsibility & Confidentiality
Clients engaging with Salma Zone’s services agree to take full responsibility for their own health, wellbeing, and decisions. These offerings serve as supportive tools for personal growth and spiritual development, not as medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
All personal information and session content are treated with strict confidentiality and respect.
